Founder, MPACT — Making Training Irresistible

I build training experiences that frontline teams actually want to use. From luxury auto showrooms to premium tech retail — 10+ years understanding what makes people learn, perform, and stay engaged on the floor.

The Story

Not a trainer
by default. By design.

2015 — 2016
Deputy Sales Manager
Audi Kolkata
Where I first learned that selling a premium product is really about telling a story. Every walk-around was a performance. Every client interaction was training in disguise.
2017 — 2019
Sales Manager
Porsche Centre Kolkata
High-touch HNI relationship management. Learned that trust is built in the details — the product knowledge, the follow-up, the experience design.
2019 — 2020
Deputy Manager, Business Development
Sensabyte Technologies
Bridged the gap between luxury auto and tech sales. Expanded into consultative selling and client development in the technology space.
2021 — 2025
Sales Team Lead — East India
Dyson India
Led retail sell-through for a complex, premium product portfolio. Realised the biggest gap wasn't product knowledge — it was how training was being delivered.
2025 — Present
Regional Trainer — East India
Dyson India + MPACT
The first role I've ever genuinely loved. Built an entire training ecosystem from scratch — digital tools, gamified learning, bilingual content — and called it MPACT.

Training should feel like something you want to attend, not something you have to.

Most training fails on the floor because it was designed for a classroom. I build for where the sale actually happens — at the demo stand, in the aisle, in the thirty seconds before a customer walks away.

My tools are built for people with average smartphones, inconsistent Wi-Fi, and zero patience for long PowerPoints. That constraint is the design brief.

Built with code,
designed with intent.

All tools built independently. No IT team. No budget. Just a clear problem and the will to solve it.

Point of View

How I think about
training, AI, and people.

01
AI in Learning & Development
AI won't replace trainers. It will separate the ones who use it from the ones who don't.
The trainer who refuses to use AI is like the salesperson who refuses to use a CRM. The work gets done, but slower, smaller, and with more gaps. AI doesn't design your training — you do. But it lets you move from idea to deployable content in hours, not weeks. That speed is not a shortcut. That speed is leverage.

Frontline Training in India
The biggest training problem in Indian retail isn't content. It's delivery.
You can have the world's best product manual and it means nothing if the BA reads it once in an induction and never sees it again. The floor is noisy, fast, and unforgiving. Training that only happens in a classroom has already lost. The real game is designing learning that travels to the floor — on the phone, between footfalls, in 3-minute bursts.

03
Gamification
Gamification works not because it's fun. Because it creates stakes where none existed.
Nobody remembers the answer they were told. They remember the answer they almost got wrong. A flashcard you flip, a quiz question that stumps you, a scenario you have to talk your way out of — these create micro-moments of tension. And tension is where memory forms. The game isn't the point. The recall is. The game is just the mechanism to make the brain care enough to try.
